All support is done through our Discord server. Please join the server, navigate to the #help
channel, and post a new thread with the issue you’re having.
Here are a few guidelines to help us support you and ensure you get the fastest, most efficient responses:
- Do not send direct messages to any support team member requesting help. All support is done in public channels to ensure that anyone who may be having similar issues can see the discussion and any resolution. If it is necessary to take a discussion private, someone will reach out to you or instruct you to send them a DM.
- Please only post one issue per support thread. This allows for others having a similar issue to find and join any discussion around that issue.
- When you create a thread, be sure to provide the URL of your site to allow support team members to lookup any telemetry data available about your site.
- Please ensure that you’ve gone through the troubleshooting guides and provide all relevant information to the support team when creating your support thread.
